Platinum Tooling is the sole importer of live tools, angle heads, and multiple spindle tools manufactured by Heimatec as well as the Tecnicrafts Swiss Collet and Guide Bushing line, Henninger Spindle Speeders, and AMF Markers and Cleaners.

Heimatec LIve Tooling & Angle Heads

Heimatec is an international manufacturing company headquartered in Renchen, Germany. Heimatec specializes in the development and production of high-precision static and live tools for all CNC lathes, CNC turn-mill machines and CNC machining centers. The range of products spans from static BMT and VDI tool holders, live tools up to highly complex customer-specific individual solutions. Heimatec users to enjoy the benefits of the most productive angle heads, live tools, speed increasers and multiple spindle tools available.

Tecnicrafts Collets & Guide Bushings

Tecnicrafts Collets and Guide Bushings are available in Standard and Ultra-Precision grades. The bore profiles include Round, Square, Hexagon, Rectangle and Custom as per customer specifications.

The collets are offered in steel and carbide lined versions with Grooved, Smooth, or Serrated bores in Standard and Long Nose types. Special V-line and Over-Grip collets are also available. Tecnicrafts Guide Bushings are generally offered in carbide lining with U-line, Over-Grip, and Extended Nose & Long Bores available.

Henninger SPindle Speed INcreasers

Henninger is a manufacturer of specialized equipment and precision machine tool accessories. Spindle Speeders, mechanical, air, and electric motor driven, Custom Angle Heads and Live Centers are amongst their specialties.

In business for over 60 years, Henninger is located in southwest Germany. Henninger occupies a 28,000 square foot facility that is home to over 30 employees including office, manufacturing, assembly, and warehouse staff.

AMF Markers and Cleaners

The AMF Markers are tools for the permanent marking of workpieces.The Markers are placed in a Toolholder utilizing ER collets or Weldon clamping systems. This cost effective method offers low acquisition costs and long service life.

The AMF Cleaners are a systematic and thorough cleaning with no aerosol pollution harmful to the health of the machine operator while reducing cleaning time and preserving the machine guides with no risk of injury from chips.
