TYPE 0 (1/8") SYSTEM

The Hirt-Line Type 0 system, measuring 1/8" in diameter, is engineered for quick assembly and easy setup, making it highly efficient for tooling adjustments. This system features a comprehensive selection of nozzles, ranging in diameter from Ø1.0 mm to Ø3.0 mm, along with options for nozzles that have multiple outlets.
It also offers a wide variety of machine adapters, spanning from M5x0.8 to M10x1.5, and includes ball adapters of Ø10.0 mm diameter. |

TYPE 1 (1/4") SYSTEM

The Hirt-Line Type 1 system, with a 1/4" diameter, is designed to accommodate all machine applications, handling flow rates up to approximately 170 liters per minute (about 45 gallons per minute).
It features an extensive array of nozzle options, including round nozzles ranging from Ø1.6 mm to Ø5.0 mm in diameter, along with various flat nozzles and nozzles equipped with multiple holes. This versatility makes the Type 1 system a standard choice for virtually any machine tool. |
The system also includes a broad selection of machine adapters, from M8x1.0 to M14x1.5 and G3/8", as well as ball adapters with a Ø14.0 mm diameter. Whether you require flat nozzles, round nozzles, or nozzles with several outlets, the Type 2 system is equipped to support a variety of applications including grinding, turning, milling, and air cooling. |

Type 3 (3/4") SYSTEM

The Hirt-Line Type 3 system, with its 3/4" diameter, is designed to provide superior stability and proven, reliable quality for machine operations. It features a 19 mm passage that efficiently and stably delivers a high litre capacity of over 200 liters per minute (over 52.8 gallons per minute) at pressures up to 60 bar from the pump to the tool.
This system includes an extensive range of 22 different nozzles, from simple round nozzles at diameters of 12 mm, 15 mm, and 19 mm to the largest flat nozzle measuring 101 mm x 2 mm, which is specially optimized for grinding processes. |
All nozzles are crafted with high precision and are designed to be easily interchangeable to suit various applications. The system is equipped with two adapters, 3-AD-34-PT (3/4") and 3-AD-10-PT (1"), making it straightforward to connect to any machine. As with other Hirt-Line systems, it includes various basic and angular elements, allowing for flexible configuration according to specific needs. Additionally, a ball valve and other accessories are available for purchase to enhance the system's functionality.
